It depends on the unit and the failed component. A pilot or thermocouple repair is a very different job from refractory panel replacement or firebox masonry work. We diagnose the fireplace and give a written estimate before repair work begins.

Small hairline cracks can sometimes be filled with refractory cement. Wide or deep cracks mean the panel has to be replaced with the part made for your model — patching those is a safety risk, and we will tell you which case you are in.
